In June 2021, Eemeli Skantz joined Speeron as a trainee and has since advanced to the role of key account manager in Finland.

What is the best thing about working at Speeron? I would say great colleagues and the innovative culture within the company. It’s a fascinating industry where you learn something new every day, guaranteeing that each day is different. Our exceptional customers play a significant role too, pushing us to create innovative solutions and propelling our development forward each and every day.

Do you have any hobbies or other interests? I enjoy training a lot and participating in various sports. It’s key to keeping both the mind and body refreshed week after week.

How do you describe the company’s culture and values? We have a culture where you feel supported and valued, with open communication.

How do you balance work and your personal life? It can be challenging since you’re often connected to work in some way at all times. However, I tackle this challenge by planning my weeks well and ensuring that I also make time for other activities outside of work.

How do you learn and grow in your role? I make a conscious effort to engage in frequent conversations with experienced colleagues, aiming to absorb as much knowledge from them as possible.

How do you collaborate with colleagues and managers? I aim to remain accessible to everyone and uphold a culture of open communication and mutual support within the company.

Any advice? Stay open to learning, and leverage the resources and knowledge within the company.
