Skillnaderna \u00e5terspeglas ocks\u00e5 i l\u00f6nesamtal, utvecklingssamtal och f\u00f6rdelning av arbetsuppgifter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Vem f\u00e5r de mest synliga och framg\u00e5ngsbringande uppdragen?<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hur s\u00e4kerst\u00e4ller ni att utvecklingsm\u00f6jligheter f\u00f6rdelas j\u00e4mst\u00e4llt?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p>Att skapa r\u00e4ttvisa f\u00f6ruts\u00e4ttningar \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r b\u00e5de individer och organisationer.
